We develop a site profile and strategy, design how best to deliver that plan within your budget and we ensure that we have utilised the very latest digital media technologies to help keep your business on track.
Comissioning & Training
Upon completing your installation, we will carry out rigorous quality tests on all equipment. We also conduct system performance tests to ensure that every aspect of your installation is working perfectly.
We always take the greatest of care to ensure that every aspect of your installation meets the highest standards and that surpasses your expectations.
Once we're done, your staff will receive indepth training in all aspects of the operation of your system, providing them with a comprehensive working knowledge of your system. This will include basic maintenance, as well as an easy to understand trouble shooting check list.

We provide nationwide installation and service cover and we are commited to delivering a worry and trouble free service.

Initial Client Consultations: During this process we will work closely with you to discover the aims and asperations that you have for your project. This includes mapping the marketing and sales objectives that have for your business. We will then put forward suggestions with regards to the audio, visual and lighting elements that could compliment your plans and how we can further enhance your development.
After completing a detailed project brief, we would then put forward a design proposal for your approval. This will include system demonstrations and a full financial breakdown of the costs.
Once you have approved and signed off the design proposal for your project, we will supply you with a Project Manager who will manage every stage of your development.
During the Project:
Project Management: Pre-contract, site and other meetings are attended as often as required by the client.
Health & Safety: Relevant Health and Safety documents such as Design Risk Assessments, Project Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Operation and Maintenance Manuals are provided as required.
Supply & Installation: We are proud of our high standards of workmanship. Work is carried out in phases, first fix is where cabling is put into place and final fix is where the equipment is installed. Where required our in-house joinery shop can supply equipment ready fitted into custom built cases, consoles, desks, cabinets or lecterns.
Commissioning: Full set up, commissioning, testing and programming of all equipment is always carried out to the client’s satisfaction.
Training: Full training will be given to personnel who will be using the system supplied.
Compliance with Regulations: Additional visits to site can be made to liase with local Environmental Health and Fire Officers.
Preventative and Reactive Maintenance: Our service line is available through office hours with emergency cover for evenings and weekends.

David Ridout - Director
Started in the AV Industry back in 1984 as a mobile DJ and landed a job with MSL as a Saturday lad and then shortly joined TTL Music group. David's DJ career took off and worked all over the UK & Europe. After some time he hung up his headphones and worked his way up to senior technical manager at TSG Media. David joined Soundpower in 2006 and looks after the day to day management of the business.
Nathan Fooks - Senior Project Manager
Nathan (it would seem). was born with a screwdriver in one hand and a loudspeaker in the other. Based in Darlington he oversees the North of the UK managing projects and offering front line support when and when its needed in true Soundpower style! Having ran a massively succesful hire and installations business privately for many years, his in depth knowledge of venues and sound systems truly is second to none.

Graeme Raeside - Project & Service Support
Graeme has been in the industry for almost 40 years, 15 of which owning his own DJ retail store. He has been an area sale manager for Leisuretec and Prolight group and an Operations Director at Lamba PLC. Graeme has been instrumental in the introduction of many key AV products into the UK Market from conception to end user and has forged lasting business relationships in Europe and China along the way.
